DELICIOUS STREET FOOD MADE FRESH TO ORDER
I've worked in the catering trade for just under 20 years. Starting at the age of 13, waiting tables and being a KP.
My cooking career started at the age of 17 when I was lucky enough to work beside Willie Deans, at Deans’ Restaurant, in Perth.
I continued my career, traveling all over Scotland and England, working in a range of different restaurants and hotels, including rosette restaurants.
I've held jobs at every level of the kitchen, including being head chef at a small country house hotel when I was only 21.
I started the business in the summer of 2022, with the first van, outside Pro-Clean on the Inveralmond Industrial Estate. We have now taken our truck all over Scotland, l to small festivals and events.
We are a family run business, with the whole family being involved from the start. My kids picked the name of the van and even have items on the menu named after them. My wife helps a lot behind the scenes preparing cookies and helping with specials for the next day.
‘Got the Munch’ as a business is hoping to expand over the next year, and we are planning to get a second van to cater more events and weddings.
We are passionate about fresh food with lots of flavour! 90% of what we produce is handmade every day to give the customers the best quality taste experience.
We are open 6am to 2pm
This may change in the future, so keep an eye on our Facebook page.
