MY ETHOS
As the name of my company suggests, I am passionate about helping to improve lives for both the dog and its guardian.
Everything I do is not to just ensure that a dog is ‘obedient’ for the sake of the humans in its life but that both dog and family can live together happily and harmoniously.
It therefore goes without saying that I believe in force free training. This means never intentionally causing the dog pain, fear or stress.
I do not advocate the use of aversives such as electric collars, prong collars, spray collars, pet corrector sprays, water pistols, choke chains, slip collars or pull-free harnesses.

COURSES & QUALIFICATIONS
I am constantly attending courses and webinars, reading and researching new ideas as a good dog trainer will never stop learning.
Below is a list of some of what I have achieved;
• UK Sniffer Dogs Bronze Level Instructor
• IMDT Qualified Instructor (with distinction)
• CSP Diploma in Dog Training (with distinction)
• Qualified and experienced school teacher
• Canine First Aid and Health
• Think Dog Intermediate
• IMDT 2 Day Career as a Dog Trainer
• IMDT 4 Day Practical Instructor Course
• Many short courses with experts including Kay Laurence, Dogs Trust, IMDT, Absolute Dogs, School of Canine Science and the Dog Training College
• Observation of many trainers running classes.
• I am studying at Compass Education Ltd (Advanced Diploma Applied Animal Behaviour level 5 (Canine) as well as the School of Canine Science Behaviour course.
