My name is Susan, based in Bridge of Earn and I have been self employed now for 7 years. Can’t quite believe it!!! Before that I had over 13 years experience from collage and work experience.
I studied at Glasgow College of Food Technology for 3 years and gained..

City & Guilds Units in sugar craft & design
HNC Professional Patisserie
HND Culinary Arts with Management
I have also passed my level 2 hygiene certificate and registered with Perth & Kinross Council (Environmental Health Services) which I has a pass for too.
I make wedding, birthday, baby shower cakes....in fact something for every occasion.
Cupcakes are very popular too.
All my cakes are homemade and only use the finest of quality ingredients. I have never make 2 cakes the same as they are all tailored to each individuals requirements.
