We are a family run business. Jake is a trained chef who studied at Kirkcaldy College, his passion is streetfood.
We started with a converted horse box, in which we did Artisan Markets and private hire.
We opened our takeaway shop shortly after Covid. One of the biggest things for us is too try and make as much as we can ourselves. As our takeaway menu grew our artisan sauce range grew with it.
We now do 26 sauces which 14 run through our everyday menu and we also do vegan varieties of each sauce.
Over the last few months our sauces have become more popular, and we are now supplying various butchers, fishmongers, chip shops and pizza vendors with new businesses approaching us weekly.
We have also now started our sauce business online and we ship UK wide.
Over the next few years we want to scale back our takeaway and concentrate on sauce production and potential production kitchen.
