Hi, I'm John, welcome to Johns Scone Mad!
I am a sweet and savoury, artisan, scone based baker.
It all started during lockdown, when I came up with the idea of Sconezones (a cross between a Scone and a Calzone). Everyone went mad for them and the rest, as they say, is history!
My background is in food and drink, having been a chef for over 20 years. I was always searching for something new and in scones I have definitelty found it!
You shall find me at Farmers Markets, Perthshire on a Plate and other markets around Perthshire.
I often collaborate with other local traders, using as much homegrown food and local produce as possible.
