With a career spanning over 25 years in the hospitality industry as a chef, and 11 years as a Home Economics Teacher I decided to turn my hobby into a business after retiring from teaching.
My journey into cake artistry began as a hobby, creating cakes for friends and family. In 2019, I delved into the art of sugar flowers, a skill that became a source of solace during the lockdown.
After undergoing hip surgery in November 2019, which led to an early retirement I focused on honing my skills in sugar flower making and piped buttercream flowers during my recovery at home.
