KH Curtain Designs is run solely by myself, Debbie Lochery. Originally from Edinburgh, I went from leaving school to working in insurance, until I left in the late 90s.
Following a move to West Lothian, I set up my business in 2000, having always had an interest in fabrics and making things, and I have been making things ever since.
I love what I do, meeting new customers, helping with fabric / colour choices, and it’s often the last piece of the jigsaw when it come to their design projects.
As a business, I offer a made to measure service which includes curtains, roman blinds, pelmets, cushions, almost all soft furnishings, and have a large selection of fabric books to choose from including Prestigious, Warwick and Clarke & Clarke.
What makes my business stand out, is that all bespoke items are hand stitched, from side turns and hems on curtains, to Roman blinds. Attention to detail is important and always gives a luxurious finish.
This summer, I moved to Auchterarder, and am now establishing my business in Perthshire. KH Curtain Designs continues to offer the same high-quality service locally, that my business has provided for over 20 years.
