NORS Permanent Cosmetics specialises in all aspects of permanent make-up. I have been a permanent make-up artist for over 2 years and was previously employed through in Edinburgh before deciding to move back home to Perth.
I now work from John Gillespie Hairdressing Thursday - Saturday. I offer 3 styles of brows - hairstroke, hybrid and shaded, lip blush and lip neutralisation and also Lashline enhancement.
I believe that permanent make-up looks best when it is as natural as possible, and that a subtle enhancement can make such a difference.
