The Parklands Boutique Hotel and Dining has been owned by Scott and Penny Edwards since 2003 when they moved to the area with their family.
The Main House was originally built in 1840 as an elegant Georgian home for the then Lord Provost of Perth.

The hotel boasts 15 boutique bedrooms each with their own style and furnishings, most of which have had their bathrooms refurbished within the last 4 years.
All our rooms range in size from doubles, kings and superiors and all have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
