OUTDOOR, ON-LOCATION PET PHOTOGRAPHER
I strive to create not just an image, but a piece of work that conveys emotion and tells a story, one that has captured your pet’s personality. As an on-location pet photographer, I use the many beautiful natural and urban environments that Scotland has to offer to complement your pet - and create striking and unique images.
You know those people who are happiest when surrounded by animals? I’m one of them. From a young age I have felt an immense connection to animals and was lucky enough to grow up with dogs, cats and horses. I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2011 and continued on to gain additional qualifications in dog behaviour and training.
I have always loved photography and could often be found roaming the countryside with my trusted DSLR camera around my neck, but it wasn’t until 2020 that I found myself falling in love with animal portraiture. Having three dogs and a cat myself, I could never get enough of photographing them.
My main muse is Maze - as seen on the photo here. She started out as my working sheep dog in Australia and ended up being my hiking buddy, snugglebug and photography sidekick, no matter what I ask of her, she is always up for a challenge (as long as snacks are involved of course).
Using my photography, I aim to capture memories and moments frozen in time to enjoy and treasure for years to come. We share some of the most beautiful times in our lives with our pets, so let’s create something special to remember them by.
