Hypnosis is an incredibly powerful tool on its own but, as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I combine it with talking therapy to bring about lasting results.

Many clients come to me feeling like their brain is cluttered and confused - this makes it hard for them to concentrate or focus. Or conversely, just the very act of thinking about their problems exhausts them.

Whatever you need solving, my sessions are focused on exploring what you really need to be happy and finding the solutions that will take you there.

Whilst this sounds like a lot of hard work, clients are often surprised by how much they enjoy their sessions and how simple it is to find a more positive mindset in a relatively short amount of time.

Many people sleep better. The methods I use are underpinned by neuroscience (what scientists know about the brain and its workings) and have been evaluated over many years. They are designed to take the effort out of: finding direction, unlocking potential, making positive change and solving problems and obstacles.

We start with an initial consultation where you will learn how the brain works, and you are then provided with a hypnosis recording to listen to every night. Future sessions focus on emptying your stress bucket, hopeful discussion, and soothing hypnosis.
