A CULINARY JOURNEY FROM THE PUNJAB TO PERTH
Sidhu's is a fine dining Indian restaurant and cocktail bar situated in the heart of the beautiful city of Perth.
Sidhu's is owned by Satinder Singh Sidhu, who is also our executive chef. Mr. Sidhu always says that he was born into hospitality, as his brother owned a hotel in India and Thailand, and Mr. Sidhu worked along with his brother and learnt much from there from childhood. This passion, he brings into hospitality and into his restaurant.
After completing his hotel management Mr. Sidhu has worked in senior positions at prestigious hotels in India and gained much experience from the depth of the hospitality industry.
After moving to Scotland in 2010, Mr Sidhu has worked in senior management positions at establishments such as Crieff Hydro, Gleneagles Hotel and the Dunkeld House Hotel and alongside some of the most well renowned Chefs in India and in the UK.
Mr. Sidhu;s dream has always been to open an authentic fine Dining Indian Restaurant and make it Scotland's first Michelin Star Restaurant. On Dec 21st, 2022, Mr. Sidhu realised his dream by opening his first restaurant in Perth. An authentic, Indian dining experience.
