Based in our cafe in Bertha Park, Perth our bakery has been designed and built based on years of experience baking in our home kitchen. Storage is optimised for the way Lynda likes to work and we have multiple ovens, mixers and lots of chiller space. We designed the bakery to be open plan giving you a window into the baking process.
Our Style
All of our cakes are made with a rich sponge recipe using locally sourced ingredients. Our rich sponge starts with fresh eggs from Gloagburn farm.
Then we fill them with locally sourced jams from Perthshire Preserves and top with our rich buttercream made with butter from Graham's Dairy.
Over the years, we've done lots of different decor schemes. We use Stacey Ferguson (also Bertha Park based) for our toppers.
Our online order system features a number of our most popular designs that you can customise and have ready to order in just a few clicks.
