Uisge (oosh-ghe) is a Gaelic word meaning water.
Our newly refurbished Uisge Bar and Restaurant offers a modern and informal family friendly spot to chill with a glass of fizz or a light lunch overlooking the pool. We’ve got also an outdoor terrace ideal for catching some sunshine and soaking up the magnificent Scottish countryside. Our chef has created a tasty new menu for Uisge including light bites and delicious favourites with a modern Scottish twist including carefully selected local produce.
Dogs are also welcome in Uisge until 5pm each day.
SUNDAY ROAST
Our chefs freshly prepare a Sunday roast with all the trimmings each and every Sunday from 12pm. Choose between one, two or three courses with half portions available for the kids. We have a traditional nut roast too, so there is something for everyone.
